Wawira Kyalo, is the Raise Her Program Director at Her Circle International. She is a financial consultant dedicated to helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) secure funding, structure their finances as well as weather difficult business cycles. Formerly she worked in the banking industry for over thirteen years.
Wawira is an Alumni of Alliance Girls and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Commerce specialising in Finance from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
With an understanding that a tree is best pruned while young, Wawira is happiest when mentoring the young. She works with several organisations to nurture girls and boys as well as young mothers throughout Kenya. She helps in the setup and running of shelters as well as homes for children in need.
